1. Insert Server 2012 Installer DVD.
After loading.. please select "Repair Your Computer".
Then select "Troubleshoot"
Select "Command Prompt"
keyin move utilman.exe utilman.bac then press "enter"

Reset Windows Serer 2012 (Tested, is Working, is Free)

change directory to windows\System32
keyin move utilman.exe utilman.bac then press "enter"
